Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Starfire’s sister, Blackfire comes to earth. Weird alien robots start attacking Starfire and it is up to the Teen Titans to protect one of their own, but things are not always what they appear to be.
Our Take
Starfire gets the spotlight here, and that’s welcome, but Blackfire is such an obvious bad seed that the twist lands with a shrug. The robot fights are decent, and there’s a nice undercurrent about Starfire feeling replaced in her own friend group. A fine middle episode, just don’t expect surprises.
