Our Take
A fun, mostly comedic Starscream showcase that lets the character run wild with his own clones, and Steve Blum clearly has a blast voicing every version of him. The Insecticon subplot keeps some stakes in play so it never becomes pure farce. Not a plot-mover exactly, but an enjoyable change of pace and worth it for Starscream fans.
