Our Take

A clip show dressed up as an interrogation, with Agent Fowler fielding questions from a government committee while flashbacks do the heavy lifting. Fowler’s dry exasperation carries the whole thing, and a few of his answers are genuinely funny, but it’s mostly recycled footage if you’ve been watching along. Fine as a breather episode, though new viewers will get more out of it than longtime fans will.
