Episode Summary & Review
Summary
While Deke and Fitz-Simmons try to find a way to negate Izel’s powers, Daisy tries to get Sarge to reveal who he truly is and Izel forces Marcus to take her to the temple.
Our Take
A tense setup episode that mostly works because the cast sells the uncertainty. The Daisy and Sarge scenes crackle, even if the “who is he really” question gets stretched thin, and Izel remains a genuinely creepy villain. Some logic gaps and the slow pace hold it back, but the ending lands hard enough to make it worth your time.
