Summary
Jessica tries to track down Kilgrave by finding Albert’s corpse at the city morgues. Meanwhile, Will asks Trish for a second chance but he has an ulterior motive. In the past, the Walkers take Jessica in and the girl soon discovers what Dorothy is really like.
Our Take
The flashback material lands the hardest here, mostly because Dorothy Walker makes a genuinely awful impression and young Jessica’s reactions sell the dysfunction. The Kilgrave manhunt moves in fits and starts, and Will’s subplot feels like stalling more than momentum. A decent connective episode with some strong character beats, but you’ll feel the season marking time.
