Our Take
Episode 3 leans harder into the paranoia, and mostly it pays off. Cage is clearly having a blast with the double-crossing, and the black-and-white staging gives the interrogation scenes real bite. The middle stretch sags when the mob subplot stalls, but the ending lands well enough that you’ll want the next episode right away. Solid, if not spectacular.
