Episode Summary & Review
Summary
A pirate curses Kaz, causing him danger at every turn; Kaz is soon forced to seek Mika Grey for help, but Kaz’s curse gets worse when the Guavian Death Gang appears.
Our Take
A silly premise that mostly gets away with it, thanks to Mika Grey bringing some actual mystique back to the show. The comedy lands more often than it misses, and the Guavian Death Gang showdown gives the back half a real jolt of tension. It’s lightweight stuff, but it moves fast and never wears out its welcome. Worth a watch if you’re keeping up with the season.
