Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Green Arrow is determined to finally throw a successful holiday party for the Justice League; his plan is however thwarted when Plastic Man brings a tranquilized Solomon Grundy to the gathering.
Our Take
A genuinely funny half-episode that leans on Green Arrow’s host anxiety and Plastic Man’s terrible judgment, and both land. Grundy stumbling through the party like a drowsy wrecking ball gets real laughs without wearing out the gag. It’s slight, but the character banter is sharp and the pacing never sags. Easy to recommend, even for casual viewers.
