Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Terry explains to Max why he needs a secret identity by telling the story of the trouble caused when he revealed it to a small boy who is then kidnapped by Kobra to interrogate him.
Our Take
A disappointing note to go out on. The framing device of Terry recounting the story to Max drains the tension out of everything, since we already know how it ends, and the kid-in-peril plot with Kobra never rises above formula. There’s a decent idea buried in here about why the mask matters, but it’s stretched thin across a padded hour. Skip it.
