Summary
Batman must battle a gang of cyborgs made possible by blackmailing a bionics specialist.
Our Take
A darker outing than usual, with a premise that leans more on tragedy than action. The twist lands well even if you see it coming, and the ending gives the villain a genuinely unsettling sendoff. The pacing sags a bit in the middle when Batman is mostly chasing leads, but the emotional payoff makes this one of the stronger season two episodes. Worth your time.
