Summary
Batman is blackmailed by a bomb threat to protect a member of the Society of Assassins from Curaré.
Our Take
A solid action hour built around a fun dilemma: Batman stuck playing bodyguard to a guy who absolutely deserves to get caught. Curaré remains one of the show’s best silent threats, and the chase sequences have real energy. The Max subplot drags a bit and the climax wraps up too neatly, but the central tension mostly carries it. Worth a watch if you like the darker episodes.
