Summary
For his own reasons, Derek Powers arranges for Mr. Freeze to have a new organic body, but things don’t go according to plan.
Our Take
A solid villain episode that benefits from actually giving Mr. Freeze some pathos instead of just wheeling him out as a frosty gimmick. The tragedy angle lands well and the animation on the ice effects is genuinely nice, though the middle stretch sags while the body experiment plays out predictably. Worth a watch for Freeze fans, even if it never quite hits emotional paydirt.
