George wakes up on July 1st, except he already lived this day once before. He is not losing his mind. He has been recruited by the Lazarus Project, a secret organization that resets the entire world’s timeline whenever the clock runs out on humanity. When a repeat day lands in your life, you either join them or take the pill that makes you forget it happened.
Paapa Essiedu carries the whole thing as a man torn between the woman he loves and the only people who understand what he is going through. The first season is a tight eight-episode loop of trust, betrayal and impossible choices. The second goes bigger and darker, and the cliffhanger it ends on will hurt, because TNT pulled the plug before a third season.
Time loop stories live or die on their rules, and this one keeps its rules honest. There is no technobabble rescue. Every reset costs something real. If you liked the groundhog-day mechanics of Edge of Tomorrow with the paranoia of a spy show layered on top, this is your next binge. It aired on TNT in the US and on Sky in the UK, and it deserves a much bigger audience than it got.
