Monday, October 5
Lucas is attacked and threatened, and Juarez rushes to his aid. Suelen is confused about her feelings for Maike. Bela looks after Lucas. Vitor earns praise from Ricardo. Pérola goes out with Manoel. Leandra invites Toy to accompany her to an event. Vanessa hands Giovana a list of hospital staff to be let go. Vitor reaches for medication on his own and fails in front of Ricardo during a medical procedure. Bela helps Vitor. Bela is outraged by the mass layoffs at the hospital and resigns in front of Vanessa.
Tuesday, October 6
Bela feels dazed after quitting the hospital and asks Gabriel for help. Gabriel warns Junqueira about the layoffs ordered by Vanessa and says Bela’s departure could hurt the image of the hospital. Toy is thrilled by the closeness of Leandra. Junqueira demands that Vanessa take Bela back. Vitor confesses his use of medication to Ricardo, and the cardiologist makes him promise to stop medicating himself. Hanna twists her ankle trying to learn judo throws from Glorinha. Vanessa asks Bela to withdraw her resignation, and the obstetrician only accepts it on the condition that the heiress reconsider the mass layoffs. The day of the vow renewal ceremony for Iara and Juarez arrives. Peixe announces that he and Dalila are dating.
Wednesday, October 7
Everyone celebrates the relationship between Peixe and Dalila. Vanessa shares with Junqueira her plan to engineer a way for Bela to be fired. Dalila calls Suelen for a talk, explains her relationship with Peixe, and the two make peace. Vanessa announces the reinstatement of part of the hospital team, and Dalva is furious. Gabriel tries to get closer to Bela. Próspero offers Dalva a job. Glorinha invites Hanna to the house of Bela. Margô takes a ballet class at the dance studio of Sílvia. Pérola and Manoel get emotional talking about their children. Sílvia discovers that Hanna is at the house of Bela and goes with Vanessa to fetch her daughter. Bela catches Vanessa in her bedroom.
Thursday, October 8
Bela escorts Vanessa and Sílvia out of her home and asks Lia not to admit strangers again. At the mansion of Pérola, Leandra and Manoel hit it off in conversation, and she admires them. Sílvia scolds Hanna for getting close to Glorinha. Iara and Juarez enjoy their new honeymoon. Gabriel counsels Peixe. Samuca misses Juli, and Bela lifts his spirits, preparing the costume for Crazy Clothes Day at school. Giovana reveals to Guto that she saved him from the layoff list of Vanessa. Junqueira humiliates Leandra in front of other employees. At the fair, Maike is distracted by Suelen, lets the pastéis burn, and Toy calls him out on it. Maike quits the pastel stand. Gabriel goes to confront Junqueira about his behavior toward Leandra and strikes him.
Friday, October 9
Guto and Vanessa intercept the fight between Gabriel and Junqueira. Leandra tells Vitor that she filed a complaint against Junqueira with compliance, and despairs when she learns of the brawl between her father and the businessman. Juarez suffers thinking about the new relationship between Peixe and Dalila, fearing how the boy might react one day if he discovers the truth about the accident of Juli. Bela and Samuca have an appointment with the pediatric neurologist Daniela. Suelen welcomes Maike after his clash with Toy, and he plants a kiss on her cheek. Melinda tells Próspero that Orestes will have to step away from the clowns for a few days and she will need help at the hospital. Iara probes Juarez about Zé. Bela talks with Lucas about the appointment with Daniela and the challenges of motherhood. Pérola begins treatment for her illness and is surprised to find Manoel there. Nair refuses to be treated by Bela at the hospital.
Saturday, October 10
Bela accuses Nair of racism and calls the police. Manoel reveals that he also suffers from kidney disease and has been on dialysis for some time. Gabriel, Guto, Nelma and Kátia back the decision of Bela to report Nair. Vitor comforts Bela. Vanessa questions the move by Bela to call the police at the hospital, and Giovana confronts her boss. Glorinha plans a snack with friends from school and they stand her up without a word. Leandra and Toy grow closer. Próspero volunteers to work alongside Melinda at the hospital. Bela tells the children of Juli about what happened at the hospital, and the siblings and Lucas rally behind her. Glorinha and Hanna open up about their friendships. Margô notices a lump in her body. Lucas consoles Bela. Vitor asks Leandra to marry him.
