Monday, October 19
Bela explains to Lucas that Gabriel is waiting for Peixe. Gabriel tells Peixe that Bela is not his enemy. Lucas tries to patch things up with Bela and invites her on a trip. Urged on by Iara, Bela decides to accept the invitation. Peixe surprises Vanessa by asking about a job at the hospital. Melinda is fed up with the feud between Próspero and Clemente. Leandra reaffirms her love for Vitor. Bela takes Glorinha to her braider’s salon. Sílvia tells Hanna she wants to open a social dance class at the ballet academy. Gabriel suspects Junqueira is fleecing the hospital. Samuca falls ill, and Bela calls off the trip with Lucas. Manoel tells Pérola about his love life and his son, Francisco. Lucas and Bela end their relationship.
Tuesday, October 20
Pérola assures Manoel she will help him win back Francisco’s love. Bela and Lucas suffer through the breakup. Peixe’s birthday arrives. Bela clashes with Vanessa’s new rules about her work. Kátia asks Guto for help finding out whether her boyfriend Vanderlei is cheating on her. Everyone gets ready for Peixe’s birthday party. Dalila declares herself to her boyfriend. Kátia and Guto kiss. Vanessa asks her lawyer Diniz to send Peixe a message, offering his services. Bela tells Gabriel she has broken up with Lucas. Juarez visits Juli’s grave. After the birthday cheers, Peixe tells everyone his wish: to get legal custody of his siblings.
Wednesday, October 21
Peixe insists he will ask the courts for custody of his siblings, and Gabriel comforts Bela. Iara and Dalila scold Peixe over his behavior. Juarez notices a man following him as he leaves the cemetery. Maike declares himself to Suelen, and she kisses him. Toy and Lia kiss. Samuca says he wants to stay with Bela, and Peixe is left thoughtful. Próspero and Clemente agree to fake a truce for Melinda’s sake. Suelen tells Dalila she liked kissing Maike. Sensei Otto welcomes Glorinha back to judo. Ítalo sees the poster for the social project at the dance school and takes a photo. Lucas tells Margô his relationship with Bela is over. Bela announces that Margô needs a breast biopsy. Bela catches Peixe at the hospital, and Vanessa reveals the young man will be working at her side.
Thursday, October 22
Bela confronts Vanessa. Zé confesses to Juarez that he asked Guima to protect him. Iara is bothered by how close Juarez and Zé have gotten. Gabriel rebukes Peixe for exposing Bela at his own birthday. Bela promises Peixe she will fight him if the custody petition puts Glorinha, Ítalo and Samuca at risk. Toy sees a man go into Maike’s stall and tries to protect his friend, not knowing it is his uncle André. Próspero and Clemente pretend to have made up in front of Melinda and Orestes. Maike and Toy make peace. Gabriel questions Vanessa’s intentions in hiring Peixe. Pérola finds Manoel’s lateness at the hospital strange. Gabriel grows suspicious of Junqueira and decides to follow him.
Friday, October 23
Gabriel deduces that Junqueira is involved in illegal schemes. Lucas counsels Peixe. Manoel falls ill and is taken to the Luz Hospital, and Pérola comforts her friend. Betinho spots inconsistencies in the hospital stock spreadsheets and alerts Ricardo. Bela unburdens herself to Iara. Ricardo reports the stock situation to Gabriel, and the lawyer concludes Junqueira may be stealing from the hospital. Lucas talks with Luara, Samuca’s teacher, about including the boy in the class activities. Sabugo is pressured to leave his house with Tom-Tom after the landlord gets a better offer. Toy and Maike restart their partnership. Vanessa welcomes Peixe on his first day of work. Toy dreams of Leandra, and Maike advises his friend. Pérola invites Manoel to move in with her. Saturday, October 24
Junqueira taunts Bela and Gabriel, who disguise their conversation. Dalila and Suelen recruit Glorinha as a model for their brand. Giovana introduces Peixe to the hospital team. Zé reveals he is working at the Ceasa and forces Juarez to buy from him. Otto encourages Glorinha to enter a judo competition, and Ítalo leaves the class. Leandra invites Toy and Lia to join her and Vitor. Gabriel uncovers Junqueira’s criminal record. Bela finds lawyer Diniz’s card among Peixe’s clothes. Ítalo confides to Bela that he does not like judo and wants to dance ballet instead. Sabugo decides to settle in at the school with Tom-Tom without anyone knowing. Diniz arrives to talk custody with Vanessa and Peixe, and Bela sees them and confronts Vanessa.
