Marshals Season 2 Rides the Charts: The Taylor Sheridan Spin-off Is Paramount+’s New Hit

Marshals Season 2 hit No. 2 on Paramount+ US charts within two days of its Oct. 4 premiere. Here is why the Taylor Sheridan spin-off is the streaming story right now.

Taylor Sheridan has a new flagship. Two days after Marshals Season 2 premiered on CBS and Paramount+, the Yellowstone spin-off has climbed to No. 2 on Paramount+ US charts and No. 7 globally, according to the latest rankings. Season 2 kicked off Sunday, Oct. 4, and from Oct. 11 the series settles into its regular Sunday 8 PM slot, with new episodes streaming on demand the day after the CBS airing.

The show follows Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) as a US Marshal keeping Montana safe, and Season 2 throws him into a race to save his son while the Marshals pull apart a criminal operation tied to the East Camp land grab. Brecken Merrill, Mo Brings Plenty and Gil Birmingham return, with Arielle Kebbel, Logan Marshall-Green and Ash Santos joining the ridge. Spencer Hudnut runs the series.

The momentum was predestined: the March premiere of Season 1 pulled 9.52 million viewers, the biggest new-series debut of the 2025-26 season, and Paramount reported 20.4 million multiplatform viewers across the first eight episodes. If you bounced off Lioness ending at Season 3, this is the Dutton bloodline carry-on worth starting now.
