Marvel put a date on the calendar for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season ’ at New York Comic-Con. The second season of the animated series will premiere on Disney+ on January 13, 2027, moving from the fall 2026 window the studio had signaled last year.
Showrunner Jeff Trammell joined the NYCC panel, where new footage showed Harry Osborn at a gala, Eddie Brock working at the Daily Bugle, and a Doc Ock attack that ends with Peter Parker coming face to face with the Venom symbiote. Gwen Stacy also joins the supporting cast this season.
Season 1 introduced a young Peter Parker, voiced by Hudson Thames, mentored by Norman Osborn (Colman Domingo) in an alternate corner of the Marvel multiverse. The January date makes Season 2 the first animated Marvel launch of 2027.
