Episode Summary & Review
Summary
As the school gala looms, Wednesday digs up dirt on Dort, Enid tries not to wolf out and Morticia engages in a battle of wills with Grandmama.
Our Take
The gala episode gives everyone something to do, and the Morticia versus Grandmama standoff is the highlight, with two actresses clearly enjoying every icy exchange. Enid’s struggle to keep her wolf under wraps is played for both laughs and real tension. A slower, talkier hour than last week’s, but the character work pays off and the ending lands a proper punch.
