Summary
Following Beverly’s “reckoning” in the town square, Ethan is shocked by Kate’s participation in the heinous act. Although determined to find his way out of Wayward Pines, Peter meets real estate agent Peter McCall, who gives him a new house. Meanwhile, Theresa and Ben head to Idaho to find Ethan, who has another clash with Sheriff Pope.
Our Take
The show is settling into a rhythm where creepy beats the mystery drum but the pacing still feels off. Terrence Howard’s sheriff remains the best thing here, chewing scenery in every confrontation, while the Theresa and Ben road trip adds little beyond padding. Watchable, but it’s coasting on atmosphere more than actual story progress.
