Summary
The Autobots and the Maximals attempt to launch the Ark to return to Cybertron. They meet heavy resistance, until something extraordinary occurs.
Our Take
This is mostly a big action hour, and the Ark launch sequence delivers some genuine spectacle even if the animation budget shows its limits in the busier firefights. The Decepticon assault starts to feel repetitive around the midpoint, but the final twist lands well and sets up something interesting. Worth a watch for fans of the arc, casual viewers can skim.
