Our Take
Part one of the season finale is mostly table-setting, but it finally lets Megatronus show up in person after a season of teasing, and his arrival gives the show a real jolt of menace it’s been missing. The action beats land well even if some of the middle stretches feel like stalling. Worth watching for the setup alone, just don’t expect payoff until next week.
