Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Robby has trouble adjusting after their family’s big move to the rural town of Witwicky, until he and his sister, Mo, discover the first ever Earthborn Transformers.
Our Take
A surprisingly charming kickoff that manages to feel fresh despite being the hundredth Transformers origin story. The Malto kids are likable enough that you actually care about their family drama, and the Earthborn bots have real personality instead of just toy-shelf energy. It leans a bit heavy on setup in the back half, but the animation is crisp and the humor lands more often than not. Solid start.
