A forgettable villain-of-the-week outing where the Society of Ultimate Villainy feels more like a random collection of bad guys than an actual threat. The bulkhead-and-traffic subplot earns a few laughs, but the plot moves in predictable circles and the action never builds real tension. Fine as background viewing, but skip it if you want the season’s stronger arcs.
