Our Take
A fun monster-movie style hour that introduces the Dinobots and gives Professor Sumdac’s backstory some real weight. The Dinobot designs are goofy in a good way, and Megatron’s quiet manipulation is creepier than any fight scene. The pacing sags a bit in the middle, but the ending sets up enough intrigue that it’s an easy watch for anyone following the season.
