Summary
James drives the controversial new BMW 1 Series hatchback. Richard splashes about in a 25-year old supercharged Mercedes G-Wagen. The Fiesta ST is pitted against the Citroen C2, and Jeremy has his face pulled off while driving the Ariel Atom.
Our Take
A fun hour that peaks early with the Ariel Atom, where Jeremy’s face genuinely distorts at speed and it’s as funny as the clips you’ve seen suggest. The G-Wagen splash-about is good silly fun, and the hot hatch comparison holds up better than most budget car segments. The BMW 1 Series bit drags a little unless you care about hatchback controversies. Worth your time.
