Summary
In the wake of Sebastian’s transformation, the Titans race to retrieve Traigon’s horn, leading them to the quaint, but eerie, town of Caul’s Folly.
Our Take
A creepy small town with a fishy secret gives this episode a nice horror flavor that Titans doesn’t always pull off. The atmosphere mostly works, though the pacing sags whenever the plot pauses for another round of Sebastian sulking. Worth a watch for the creepy villagers alone, even if the season’s bigger arc moves at a crawl.
