Summary
After finding Rachel in the forest, Gar takes her to where he lives: the Calder house, where three individuals badly injured in accidents and given a second chance at life dwell.
Our Take
This is the breather episode the season needed, trading rooftop brawls for a weird little family dynamic at the Calder house. The Doom Patrol crew lands somewhere between sad and funny, and Rachel finally gets to act like a teenager instead of a plot device. It’s slower and cheaper than previous hours, but the character work pays off. Worth your time if you’re in for the long haul.
