Summary
Documentary filmmakers interview the LAPD on a complicated missing person’s case connected to John.
Our Take
The documentary-style framing is a nice change of pace on paper, but in practice it mostly just interrupts the case with fake interviews that go nowhere. Nolan’s connection to the missing person gives it some emotional weight, yet the reveal lands with a shrug. Watchable if you’re caught up, but it’s a filler hour that tries a gimmick instead of telling a good story.
