Episode Summary & Review
Summary
When anti-LAPD billboards emerge throughout the city, the team searches for who’s responsible. Meanwhile, a car bombing prompts an investigation, Miles reconnects with an old friend, and John and Bailey assess their ability to adopt.
Our Take
A busy hour that juggles four storylines without dropping any of them. The billboard mystery gives the whole ensemble something to chew on, and Miles’ reunion lands more emotionally than expected. The adoption stuff with John and Bailey is sweet if a little saccharine. Not a game-changer, but solid, well-paced TV that reminds you why this show keeps working in season seven.
