Our Take
A busy wrap-up that spends too long tying off every loose thread before getting to the good stuff. The group scenes still land, and Merchant’s dry direction keeps the tonal juggling act from falling apart, but the villain stuff feels rushed after a whole season of buildup. Worth it for the character payoffs, even if the mechanics underneath are shakier than they should be.
