Our Take
A solid setup episode that leans hard on its ensemble of misfits, and mostly coasts on the chemistry between them. The humor lands more often than it misses, though the criminal plot machinery takes a while to get moving. Stephen Merchant is better as a writer here than an actor, but the cast carries it. Worth a look if you like your comedy with a bit of grit.
