Summary
The staff competes in a paper airplane contest.
Our Take
A quiet episode that leans on Dunder Mifflin’s flimsy paper airplane contest while Jim and Pam’s marriage problems hang over everything. The comedy is hit or miss, with Andy’s subplot mostly dead weight, but the emotional beats at the end land hard. Worth watching for the drama alone, even if the contest itself runs out of steam.
