Summary
Under pressure from Robert California, Andy introduces an incentive program to increase sales.
Our Take
A middling episode that leans hard on Andy’s flailing management style for laughs, and it mostly works because Ed Helms sells the desperation. The incentive plot runs out of steam about halfway through, but Robert California’s quiet menace keeps things watchable. Fine for a casual watch, though it’s clear the show is still figuring out its post-Michael identity.
