Michael is resistant to the new ideas the Ryan brings to the company; Jim and Pam’s relationship is exposed to the entire office.
Our Take
A solid season opener that balances two big story threads without shortchanging either. Michael’s meltdown over the website plot is classic cringe comedy, and the Jim/Pam reveal gives the episode real warmth. It runs a little long and some Dunder Mifflin Infinity jokes feel dated, but the character work carries it. Worth your time.
