Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Michael and Dwight go to a convention that Jim is also attending; Pam goes on her first date after her engagement.
Our Take
A funnier and more confident hour than the premiere, with Michael’s desperate antics at the convention paying off in some of the season’s best cringe comedy. The Jim and Pam material is handled with restraint, which makes it land harder. Well worth your time, even if the Stamford side characters still feel thin.
