Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Sam and Bucky head to New York City for the Global Repatriation Council vote after receiving a tip from Joaquin Torres who tracked activity on the Flag Smasher app in the city. They are going to need some help to take down Karli Morgenthau, who has been radicalized beyond salvation.
Our Take
A decent finale that lands the big emotional speech but stumbles getting there, with a rushed showdown against Karli that never feels as urgent as it should. Sam finally stepping into the Captain America suit is genuinely satisfying, even if the politics get resolved a bit too neatly. Worth watching for that payoff, just don’t expect a knockout ending.
