Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The Parkers finally make it to Ft. Lauderdale only to have Nate’s plan of getting his job back completely unravel. Fortunately, at a nearby race track, there is hope.
Our Take
A flat detour, pun intended, that stalls right when the season should be building momentum. The racetrack material lands a few decent jokes but too much of the runtime coasts on Nate flailing while nothing fresh happens around him. It’s watchable if you’re already invested in the Parkers, but it’s easily the weakest episode so far and skippable if you’re just sampling the show.
