Summary
Facing thirty counts of possession of a controlled substance, an overconfident judge turns to Nick, who has no choice but to help acquit him of the charges.
Our Take
A courtroom comedy of bad manners, and mostly a fun one. The judge-as-defendant setup gives Jim Belushi plenty of room to smug his way through scenes, and the client being insufferable keeps the case from feeling like a standard save-the-innocent routine. Some of the side plots feel like filler, but the central case is entertaining enough to carry the hour.
