Our Take
This episode leans hard into flashback mystery and ends up feeling like setup for better things. The fight choreography gives it some real energy, and Manny Jacinto is quietly the most interesting presence on screen, but the pacing stalls whenever the plot has to explain itself. Worth watching if you’re already in, though it won’t win over anyone on the fence.
