Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Steven goes to court against Blue and Yellow Diamond to determine his (or rather Rose Quartz’s) fate.
Our Take
A tense, deliberately quiet hour that turns a courtroom into the show’s best character study yet. The Zircons steal the episode with their fussy legal sparring, and the Diamonds feel genuinely menacing in a way the show rarely attempts. The final reveal lands hard and leaves you itching for the next episode. One of the stronger season openers this show has done.
