Summary
Kiki has nightmares and Steven intervenes.
Our Take
A quiet, dreamy episode that leans on Steven’s growing psychic powers rather than action, and it mostly works. The dream sequences are genuinely unsettling in a way the show rarely attempts, and Kiki gets more depth in eleven minutes than most side characters get all season. The pacing sags a bit in the middle, but the emotional payoff lands. Worth your time.
