Summary
Steven analyzes Lar’s life.
Our Take
A weird, risky premise that mostly pays off. Zach Callison doing Lars’s voice is a fun switch, and Sadie’s confusion gives the episode real heart. The ending actually pushes Lars forward instead of resetting him, which the show rarely does this cleanly. It runs out of steam a bit in the middle, but it’s a solid, quietly meaningful half hour.
