Our Take
A surprisingly heavy episode that sends Virgil back to the Dakota riots and the night he lost his mom. The show handles grief better than you’d expect from a Saturday morning cartoon, and the ending doesn’t cheat the sadness. It drags a bit getting there, but this is one of the series’ more memorable hours and worth a watch.
