Our Take
A pretty standard villain-of-the-week outing that coasts on Static’s charm more than anything fresh. Richie and Virgil’s back-and-forth keeps things watchable, but the antagonist’s scheme is thin and the resolution lands too easily to feel earned. Fine if you’re already along for the season, though nothing here will win over anyone new.
