Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Destiny discovers the survivors of an interplanetary expedition who claim their civilization, Novus, was founded two thousand years earlier by Destiny’s crew.
Our Take
A clever time-twist episode that finally pays off the whole “we left people behind” premise, and the reveal lands better than expected. The scenes of the crew meeting their own descendants carry real weight, though the Novus storyline leans hard on exposition to set up next week. Still, it’s a talky hour that earns its conversations. Worth it for fans who’ve stuck with the slow burn.
