Summary

While on a mission to obtain fuel for the rebel fleet, the crew works to protect space creatures from the Techno Union asteroid mining operation that threatens the creatures’ lives.

Our Take

This is a weird, dreamy hour that trades action for wonder, and it mostly works. The purrgil sequences look gorgeous, and Ezra’s growing Force connection gets room to breathe without the usual blaster noise. The mining plot itself is thin and the villains are forgettable, but the creature designs and that hypnotic hyperspace finale carry it. Worth watching for Star Wars fans who like the stranger corners of the galaxy.
