Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Coruscant is attacked by Separatist forces. Mace Windu takes to the air while Yoda rides his Kybuck to defend the city. Meanwhile, Saesee Tinn leads his troops into battle just above the planet’s atmosphere. On Nelvaan, Obi-Wan volunteers Anakin to take the trial of fire.
Our Take
Pure action from start to finish, and it earns every second of it. Watching Yoda bounce across Coruscant on his Kybuck while Mace Windu dismantles droids mid-air is the kind of spectacle this series does better than anything else, though the Nelvaan material moves slowly by comparison. Still a thrilling half-hour that shows exactly why Tartakovsky’s take on the war works so well.
