Summary
When the Enterprise becomes stuck in an energy draining rupture in space known as a Tyken’s Rift, the crew begins experiencing severe sleep deprivation, but one crew member’s recurring dream may provide the solution that saves them all.
Our Take
A slow-burn creepy hour that leans on atmosphere instead of action, and mostly gets away with it. The fraying crew paranoia builds nicely and the dream sequences have real menace, though the resolution feels abrupt after all that buildup. Worth watching for the mood alone, even if the ending underdelivers.
