The tug of war game is the standout here, turning a simple kids’ game into a genuinely tense standoff where the winning move is brains over brawn. The dorm scenes after lights out are grim and claustrophobic, showing how fast the players’ humanity erodes under pressure. A strong midpoint episode that trades shock for strategy, and it mostly pays off.
