Summary
A sentry duty assignment leads the 58th into a confrontation with a battalion of androids, among which are the AIs who murdered Shane’s parents.
Our Take
This one leans hard on Shane’s backstory and gives Kristen Cloke some decent material, but the android plot is thin and the villains feel like recycled Terminator leftovers. The atmosphere on the desolate station works better than the action does. It’s watchable, and it does move Shane’s story forward, but mostly it’s filler until the last ten minutes.
